• We are unable to offer ticket refunds. Exchanges only.

• Requests for ticket exchanges are accepted no later than noon, the Thursday prior to the originally ticketed performance day (Friday/Saturday/Sunday). Exchanges can be requested by emailing info@ightheatre.org. Please include your current ticket info (buyer name, performance dates, seats) and what date and seats you'd like in exchange. We will do our best to meet your request.
